Our platform helps multi-outlet restaurant groups and foodservice operators run leaner, smarter and more profitable operations, from recipe and menu management to food cost control and purchasing.

We’re scaling quickly across international markets. And as we grow, we’re building the financial infrastructure of a modern SaaS company. That’s where you come in!

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Head of Finance who takes full ownership of the finance function. This is not a traditional finance role.

We’re looking for a builder: someone who sees finance not as reporting history, but as designing systems that make the company faster, smarter and more scalable.

You will:

Financial Close & Reporting

• Own the end-to-end monthly close

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements

• Deliver board-ready reporting packages

• Translate financial data into clear business insights

SaaS Metrics & FP&A

• Build reporting around SaaS metrics such as:

  • MRR

  • ARR

  • churn

  • CAC

  • CLTV

  • payback period

• Analyse revenue drivers across Apicbase’s pricing model

• Model how commercial growth (roll-outs, outlet expansion, upsell) impacts margins and cash

• Build rolling forecasts and financial plans

Operations & Process

• Own billing, invoicing and accounts receivable

• Ensure accuracy, efficiency and scalability

• Identify and eliminate manual processes

• Lead finance tooling projects (subscription management, BI tools, automation)

Automation & AI

• Introduce AI and modern finance tooling

• Build automated analyses that surface risks and opportunities

• Help shape what a modern SaaS finance team should look like

Your Mission:

Build a modern, scalable finance function that supports a high-growth SaaS company. You own the systems and the operations, and you continuously eliminate manual work through automation and smart tooling.

• Experience in a SaaS, tech or scale-up environment

• Strong understanding of SaaS metrics and subscription models

• Proven ability to run a monthly close independently

• Strong analytical mindset

• Experience in improving finance processes and systems

• Good knowledge of Dutch

Nice to have

• Experience implementing finance tools or BI systems

• Experience working in a high-growth scale-up

• Experience introducing automation or AI in finance workflows
